The motivation to be his OWN man. Warrior, unlike most others, doesn't have an agent. He represents himself. If you look around SE, there are only a handful, at most, of other guys who do the same. The point is that these agents are unnecessary bloodsucking leaches that belong in a cage, or a box or something. Warrior was trying to inspire that young man, i know he was.
