    Warrior,
I stumbled on your site after battling an episode of boredom with some random Wikipedia reading–a habit I’ve picked up over the last few years. Rather than sit staring at a television for hours, I figure that reading about random subjects in the hopes of expanding my knowledge is a more worthwhile use of my time given the limitation of my options. When I began reading your blog, I have to say that I began to reminisce and indulge myself in the memories that you and the Ultimate Warrior character created for me personally.

While I was never a die-hard professional wrestling fan, I dabbled in watching from time to time and it reminded me of a story that I felt compelled to share with you. As a young boy playing Little League in Essexville, Michigan, I hit my first home run on May 17th, 2006. I wanted to let you know that I ran those bases as fast as I could, mimicking your characters entrance to the ring, and slid head first into home plate just as you used to slide into the wrestling ring. It’s a very plain story, but one that my family often brings up at holidays because of the humor and innocence provoked by the thought of a kid pretending to be HIS superhero. While I might not have the opportunity to hit home runs each day, one thing I’ve learned is to always take advantage of the chances that life gives you to run like a madman and to enjoy life for it’s most simple pleasures…
